WHEN LIGHT
The invention relates to a lamp with a tub and a lamp component arranged in the tub.
A recessed luminaire with a tub is known from the prior art, in which an LED board (LED: light-emitting diode) is arranged. The tub consists of a stamped and bent sheet metal part. To hold the LED board in the tub screws serve as fasteners. The production of recessed luminaire requires a correspondingly high cost.
The invention has for its object to provide a corresponding improved light with a tub. In particular, the luminaire should allow easier manufacture.
This object is achieved according to the invention with the object mentioned in the independent claim. Particular embodiments of the invention are indicated in the dependent claims.
According to the invention, a lamp is provided which has a trough and a lamp component which is arranged in the trough. The tub consists of a thermoformed plastic.
By this configuration, the tub can be particularly easily designed so that it has suitable fasteners for holding the lamp component and therefore no separate fasteners are required for this. The assembly of the lamp is facilitated in this way. In addition, the use of plastic makes the tub particularly suitably waterproof or moisture-proof, so that the luminaire is suitable, for example, as a moisture-proof luminaire.
Preferably, the trough has a base and a, bulging from the base holding area on which the lamp component is held held. The holding area formed in this way is particularly well suited as a fastening element for the lighting component.
Preferably, the holding portion has a hot-pressed end portion for holding the lamp component. In this way, production technology can advantageously bring about a particularly reliable mounting of the luminaire component.
Preferably, the lighting component has a, applied to the holding area recess. In this way, a reliable positioning of the lamp component relative to the tub can be effected.
Preferably, the trough has a reflective inner wall portion. This is advantageous with respect to the efficiency of the luminaire, in particular if the luminaire component is a luminous means of the luminaire.
Preferably, the trough on stability-enhancing structural elements, for example in the form of ribs. As a result, a particularly suitable stability of the tub can advantageously be produced in terms of manufacturing technology.
Preferably, the lighting component is an LED board. In this case, the holder is particularly well suited through the tub. In this case, the luminaire preferably also has an operating device for operating the LED circuit board, in particular in the form of a converter.
Furthermore, preferably, the lamp also has an electrical connec tion element for an electrical connection between the operating device and the LED board, wherein the connecting element has a plate-shaped base region, in particular in the form of a printed circuit board. In this way, a wireless electrical Ver connection between the operating device and the LED board can be beneficial effect. As a result, the assembly of the lamp is further facilitated. Further preferably, the plate-shaped base region is arranged so that it contacts the holding area. This makes it possible to achieve a suitable positioning of the connecting element with respect to the trough.
Preferably, the connecting element has a plug for electrical connection to the operating device. In this way, in the context of assembly of the lamp, the electrical connection is particularly easy to produce.
Preferably, a spring contact is provided for an electrical connection between the connecting element and the LED board; This also makes it easier to produce the electrical connection when assembling the luminaire. Preferably, the spring contact is formed either on the connecting element or on the LED board.
Preferably, the lamp is designed such that the connecting element is held by means of the holding portion and the spring contact in position. As a result, a particularly easy to produce holder of the connecting element relative to the tub can be achieved.
Preferably, the lamp also has a translucent cover, which is attached to an edge of the tub, preferably by means of an adhesive bond or by a laser welding connection. As a result, the lamp can be designed particularly suitable as a wet room light.
The invention will be explained in more detail below with reference to an embodiment and with reference to the drawings. 1 shows a perspective sketch of a luminaire according to the invention obliquely from above, [0020] FIG. 2 shows a corresponding sketch obliquely from below, [0021] FIG. 3 shows a perspective sketch of the separated trough of the luminaire obliquely from below, [0021] FIG. 4 is a corresponding sketch showing the tub with four LED lights held therein. [0026] FIG. 8 shows a cross-sectional diagram of the connection between the operating device and the LED boards.
Fig. 1 shows a perspective sketch of a lamp according to the invention. The tub comprises a tub 1. The tub 1 consists of a thermoformed plastic, so for example, a thermoformed plastic film, which is cured to produce the tub 1 in the desired shape or structure. In particular, the tub 1 can be designed as a so-called blister tray.
Preferably, the tub 1 forms a housing of the lamp; in the example shown, the lamp is designed as a recessed light and the tub 1 forms a mounting housing of the lamp.
By using plastic, the tub 1 can make particularly suitable waterproof or moisture-proof. In this way, for example, a moisture-proof luminaire or a watertight luminaire can be advantageously realized.
In the example shown, the trough 1 on stability-enhancing structural elements, here in the form of ribs. 6
Fig. 2 shows a corresponding view obliquely from below. The lamp preferably has a translucent cover 12, which is attached to an edge of the tub 1. In Fig. 7 a cross-section is shown, which illustrates a possible connection between the cover plate 12 and the trough 1. Preferably, the cover 12 is attached by means of a circumferential adhesive bond or by a rotating laser welding connection on the edge of the tub 1. It may be provided to form this compound and a hot-Verstem-men. In this way, advantageously, a suitable waterproof or moisture-proof connection between the cover 12 and the trough 1 can be achieved.
Fig. 3 shows the separated trough 1 obliquely from below. Preferably, the edge of the tub 1 is designed such that it runs in a plane. As a result, the tub 1 is particularly suitable for connection to the cover 12, when the latter is designed plan.
The cover 12 may for example be light-scattering and / or have structures for a directed light output. It may therefore be, for example, an opal or prism structure plate.
As sketched in Fig. 4, the lamp further comprises a lamp component 2, which is arranged in the tub 1, in particular in one of the tub 1 on the one hand and the cover 12 on the other hand formed the interior of the lamp.
In the example shown, the lighting component is an LED board 2, in particular an LED board 2 of an LED light source of the lamp. As outlined in FIG. 4, the luminaire can have a plurality of corresponding luminaire components or LED boards 2, for example four. As in the example shown the case, the LED boards 2 are preferably oriented so that they are all arranged aligned parallel to the cover 12, in particular such that the LED boards 2 are arranged in a common plane. For example, the LED boards 2 may be approximately rectangular or square shaped.
In Fig. 5 is a detail of a cross section through the light outlined, illustrating a possible mounting of the lamp component 2 to the tub 1. Preferably, the trough 1 has a base 3, in particular parallel to the cover 12, as well as a holding region 4, which bulges out from the base 3 or protrudes into the interior. At this holding area 4, the lamp component 2 is held held. In terms of manufacturing technology, the holding region 4 has a hot-pressed end section 5 for holding the luminaire component 2.
By the holding portion 4 so to say a built-in the tub 1 fastener for holding the lamp component 2 is formed.
A particularly simple assembly is made possible when the lamp component 2 has a recess which bears against the holding region 4. In particular, the recess may be a passage opening through which the holding region 4 extends, the end section 5 being designed to cover the passage opening in a covering manner.
Preferably, a plurality of corresponding holding portions 4, 4 'are provided for holding the lamp component 2, for example - as indicated in Figures 3 and 4 - four. In the example shown, the LED board 2 on four through holes or holes, with which it is attached for attachment in the tub 1 to four corresponding holding areas 4, 4 '. Subsequently, the corresponding end sections 5 are formed by hot-pressing or hot-caulking.
In Fig. 6 is a cross section through the lamp is shown in a state in which the holding portion 4 is already provided with an end portion 5, a further holding portion 4 'but not yet.
In the example shown, the holding portion 4 a - in Fig. 5 designated - cylindrical, in particular circular cylindrical portion 41 which is inserted for assembly through the corresponding hole in the LED board 2. Then it will be through the
Hot-pressing the end portion 5 is formed, which increases in the respective end portion 5 of the diameter compared to the cylindrical portion 41, so that thereby a holder of the LED board 2 and a lock is formed.
Further preferably, the holding portion 4 further comprises a base portion 42 which is formed between the base 3 and the cylindrical portion 41, wherein the base portion 42 has a larger diameter than the cylindrical portion 41. In this way, a contact surface for the LED Board 2 is formed, through which the LED board 2 on a, the end portion 5 opposite side brought into contact or held.
Preferably, the tub 1 has a reflective inner wall area. For example, the reflective inner wall region may be formed by the base 3. This can increase the efficiency of the light output of the lamp. Preferably, the reflective inner wall region spans the entire surface of the LED boards 2. It is also advantageous for this if the material of the trough 1 consists of a highly reflective material.
In the example shown, a reflector 21 is provided for a particularly effective light emission, which is applied to the side facing the cover 12 side of the LED board 2. As sketched in FIG. 5, in the example shown, the reflector 21 is also held by the holding region 4.
As sketched in FIG. 6, the luminaire furthermore preferably has an operating device 7, in particular in the form of a converter for operating the LED board 2. For holding the operating device 7 in the trough 1 can advantageously be provided at least one further holding area, which is formed analogously to the first-mentioned holding area 4. Thus, when assembling the lamp and the operating device 7 is particularly easy to connect to the tub 1.
For the power supply of the operating device 7 from the outside, a connecting line 13 is provided, which is guided by means of a spout 14 water or moisture seal from the outside into the interior of the tub 1.
Further preferably, the lamp has an electrical connection element 8 for an electrical connection between the operating device 7 and the LED board 2; in Fig. 8, the operating device 7, two LED boards 2 and the connecting element 8 are sketched in cross section. The connecting element 8 comprises a plate-shaped base region 9, in particular in the form of a printed circuit board. The connecting element 8 thus represents, so to speak, a "connecting board". In this way, the connecting element 8 can be arranged particularly suitably in the trough 1, for example parallel to the LED board 2. This arrangement makes the luminaire particularly flat, that is to say with a particularly small extent in a direction normal to the cover 12 and the base 3.
In particular, it is provided for this purpose that the plate-shaped base portion 9 is arranged contacting the holding portion 4 of the tub 1. For example, the plate-shaped base region 9 may have a passage opening, which surrounds the base region 42 of the holding region 4, as indicated in FIG. 5. In this way, the holding portion 4 of the tub 1 is also suitable for positioning the connecting element eighth
As sketched in FIG. 8, the connecting element 8 preferably has a plug 10 for electrical connection to the operating device 7.
For an electrical connection between the connecting element 8 and the LED board 2 also preferably a spring contact 11 is provided; the spring contact 11 is preferably formed either on the connecting element 8 or on the LED board 2. Accordingly, it is then formed on the respective other component - that is on the LED board 2 or on the connecting element 8 - for contacting the spring contact 11 preferably a conductor track.
For electrical connection between the operating device 7 and the LED board 2, therefore, in particular no cable is required; This is advantageous with respect to the assembly of the lamp.
In addition, it can be achieved by this design that the connecting element 8 by means of the holding portion 4 and the holding portions 4, 4 'of the trough 1 and the spring contact 11 is held in position, in particular without a further holding element would be necessary for this. In the example shown, the design is such that the connecting element 8 is held pressed by the spring contact 11 against the base 3 of the trough 1. In this way, the connecting element 8 is positioned in a direction normal to the base 3 or the cover 12, while a positioning of the connecting element 8 perpendicular thereto by the abutment of the connecting element 8 at the holding area 4 - or at the holding areas 4, 4 ' - is ensured.
As a result of the abovementioned hot-pressing of the end section 5, no direct fixing of the connecting element 8 takes place here; Instead, the latter is held biased by means of the spring contact 11 in the direction of the base 3 of the trough 1. As a result, a reliable arrangement of the connecting element 8 is achieved, so that in particular an unintentional release of the plug 10 is prevented by the operating device 7.
The luminaire according to the invention can be produced particularly simply and with little effort and yet fulfills the requirements of a watertight luminaire or a moisture-proof luminaire. For assembly, individual components of the luminaire - operating device 7, connecting element 8, LED board 2 - particularly simple mechanically with the tub 1 and electrically interconnect. Subsequently, the tub 1 is closed by the cover 12. Separate attachment means, such as screws or the like for attaching the LED board 2 and the lamp component 2 are therefore not required. Thus, the light can be advantageously waterproof or moisture-proof and also maintenance-free.
A release of the lamp component 2 from the tub 1 is only possible by destroying the holding portion 4 and the lamp component 2 in the described holder. Since the lamp is preferably designed as a one-way light, a corresponding removal of the lamp component 2, however, is not provided anyway.
